Manchester United Team News
Manchester United midfielder Paul Pogba is likely to be included in the squad to face Spurs. Manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has confirmed in his latest press conference that the French midfielder is all set and fit to be selected in the squad. Pogba joined the United squad in Dubai on Monday for their warm-weather training campaign, after being initially left home for treatment. The midfielder suffered a knock in the match against Newcastle after a dirty tackle by Jonjo Shelvey.
The only player missing out due to injury is Marcos Rojo. The manager has confirmed that Rojo has traveled back to Argentina where he will receive treatment on his long-term injury. The player traveled with the squad to Dubai. However, seeing his condition, it was decided to send him back to the home country to recover from the sustained injury. The Argentinian has only played three games for United this season and has been unable to complete even a single game. He last featured for United in their 2-1 defeat to Valencia in the Champions League on January 12.
A straight card in the match against Bournemouth means that defender Eric Bailly will yet again be suspended. The player has already sat out in the wins against Newcastle and Reading and will be free for selection for the home match against Brighton in the Premier League next weekend.
